Kustomise Delivery Information
Our standard delivery is Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Class of post is determined by weight. Orders totalling less than 1Kg will be sent 2nd class (approx 4 t-shirts). Orders over 1Kg will be sent 1st class.
Deliveries will require a signature.
With Royal Mail though if you miss the mail you have 3 options:
1. Collect from sorting office with the delivery card.
2. Collect from local post office (check with Royal Mail for pricing).
3. Ask for it to be redelivered.
We normally deliver all goods within 7 working days.
If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact customer services. We will check on your order and reply to you as soon as possible.
UK Deliveries
Flat Fee £2.95
Delivery is free on all orders over £60.00
For larger orders we will use a selected courier, and provided with a tracking number. You will still be required to sign for these items.

Guaranteed Next working day by 9am - £14.50 / £30.00
Guaranteed Next working day by 12pm - £8.00 / £22.00
Guaranteed Next working day - £8.00 / £16.00
Saturday Delivery - £13.00 / £30.00
These services are tracked.
Delivery Status
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays or on public holidays.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Unfortunately however, we cannot provide you with any information on the exact time of delivery when we ship by Royal Mail. If you are not in to receive the goods a card will be left with a telephone number to call. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date. If we provide you with a tracking number you will be able to check online for the status of your delivery.
What happens if I want to cancel an order?
We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.
In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel contact us as soon as possible and we will advise whether that will be possible or not.
Goods Returns
Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification". We are therefore unable to accept any returns with regard to personalised goods, unless we make an error or there is a fault with the garments. If you think you have received faulty goods, please contact our customer services team for further instructions. Unpersonalised goods can be returned so long as the goods are in their original condition and within 14 days.
