Short answer NO. As long as your design is less than 8000 stitches and no more than 5 colours then we will not charge you any set up fees. For larger designs please contact us for a quote.

To use the online designer, you'll need good quality bitmap or a vector file. If you have any problems or unsure of what files you can use just send us a quick email attaching your files and we'll let you know, usually within the hour (during working hours).
Can I place an order for my business?
Yes, although our website is primarily geared for consumers (personal customers). if you are looking to place a large order, or regular order, or are a business supplying decorated goods then please contact us directly by phone or email and discuss pricing and / or setting up a trade account (subject to status).
Can you print onto black / dark coloured garments?
Yes. We can print onto light and dark coloured garments.
Few methods, Direct to Garment, Vinyl/Flock and we also use gem decoration.
Yes we can. We can also embroider them too.
Yes we can. Actually we can print pretty much anything. Mugs, mousemats, pens, fridge magnets, canvas, wallpaper, vinyl, posters, stickers. If you want something printed just ask us.
Once your at the checkout stage you'll have a few payment options. Paypal - paypal account or credit/debit card online. You don't need to have a paypal account to use this payment method. You can use your debit or credit card too.
BACS payment - we provide our bank details and you can arrange a one off payment.
Telephone with a credit/debit card. Please note at present we cannot process Visa Electron over the telephone. If you wish to place an order and pay using this method please use the paypal option and select Pay by card.

We complete and dispatch orders normally within 7 days. When your order is complete we'll send you an email to confim dispatch. You can contact us at any point to check the progress of your order.
What if I am not in when they deliver?
Contact delivery agent - normally Royal Mail (see your order dispatch confirmation for specific mailing details) for options and redelivery.
I need my order quick - can I still order?
Yes. We'd advise that you contact us first, let us know your requirements and your timescale. If it's possible we'll tell you. If it's not we'll still tell you!!! If you need your order in a hurry we wont charge you any more for getting it ready, however there maybe an additional carriage costs.

It depends. If the item is faulty or we've made an error then of course the answer is yes. We'll apologise and do our best to make things right!
If the items ordered are personalised then unfortunately you're not able to return them. Once you have submited your art work you should receive confirmation by email within a few working hours. In this email will be confirmation of your order and also a copy of the art work that was submitted to us. Please re check the details to ensure everything is ok. If changes need to be made you'll need to inform us within the hour, or we may have already started working on your order.
